Optics & Design is a garage rock duo from central Kentucky. With only two members they channel a raw, stripped-down sound reminiscent of The White Stripes. Their songs blend gritty, high energy rock with moments of melodic innerspersed to break the tension. Their main focus is on making wide-open musical landscapes for listeners to explore. While working to develop their sound, Optics & Design completed their debut album "Devil May Care" that is set to release July 5th, 2025 and are looking forward to sharing their songs with the local scene.
